After a night out the morning after is usually not the best.
If you do suffer badly from hangovers it may be because the alcohol is destroying vitamins in your body.
After a night out try taking about 1000mg of B12. This may not work for some people but it may for others.

Vitamin C is also destroyed by alcohol so it may also be an option before you go to bed. 1000mg is good.

ZMA is another substance you may want to try. It's basically zinc, magnesium and B6. 3 of these before bed and it should help you bot have too bad a hangover.

The best way to loose fat is to be burning only fat. Here is a good way to do just that. A lot of professional rugby players do this to cut down pre season.

Step 1)

In the evening before you go to bed do a very intense session of short sprints to burn off your glycogen reserves. Do for about half an hour.

Step 2)

Dont eat anything before you go to bed. You dont want to replace your glycogen reserves.

Step 3)

When you wake up dont eat any breakfeast. You can have black coffee with no sugar if you want as it helps mobalise your fat reserves.

Step 4)

Go for a 5 km run. You can have breakfeast after. I would advise porridge.

The theory behind this is that you burn off all glycogen and when you go on the long run you are only burning fat.

Do about 3 times a week. If you do this program you will probably loose muscle mass if you do not do weight training.
