No there wasn't although one of the squaddies showed us how it was done. Just using ropes no fancy stuff like safety gear or anthing.

They did get a couple of the younger fitter guys to give it a go but they didn't get very far (up). No one was allowed to try going down, one wrong move and it would have been curtains.

Just watching the fella coming out the window was enough for me and i'm not scared of heights (much). Not too keen on falling though. Or landing for that matter.

Give the RAM training a go next time if you can, it's interesting.

Looking back on that weekend, there was a serious amount of wiping going on. And the standard of players a lot of the time was pretty low (Scottish Warriors excluded). Think I remember Logan or Paulie giving out to someone because he was so useless.
