It was a year ago today Gary Collins passed away. A lot of you won't have ever had the pleasure of meeting him but a finer fella you could not ask to meet.

Whatever you're doing take a moment and spare a thought for his wife Lisa Jane and his daughter Mia who is only 5 years old and without a daddy.

RIP Gary, you're still missed and in our thoughts.

i still crack up over some of the funny stuff he said in his days

me "i cant get the paint boxes to catch fire" gary "pour petrol on it",or when he was asked for ID in a night club in london he replied, "are you serious? im 30!" lets not forget the cucumber ... ..

i never met the man but i would like to pay my respects to a fellow baller and from what i heard a really nice all round guy
