post work out - its not nessary if you dont train like a beast, but if you want quick recovery...you need only EAA animo acids (BCAA), glutamine...since they are key human body nutrients...you can get them anywhere.... yet bulk powder and pyprotein would be best choise, i eat that everytime...tho lately i got Animal Nitro.. since i was told by few guys that its awesome...you know animal is animal they do what they told...

I wouldn't be bulking on, especially for speedball, cause big = slow (with some exceptions, but there is very few Jonah Lomos in this world).

serious mass is a weight gainer....and it is ten times less sweet then any other gainer on the market (bsn tru mass, inner armour gainner, universal gain fast, kinnetica just to name a few)...plus it doesn't make your shaker into a yogurt...but it is a bad gainer if you want some quick gain its perfect, but once you finish the bag you going to loose all that you gain...and you have to eat it all the time. huge consumtions...(sorry if spelling is wrong), its too expensive to buy, even if it is the cheapest out there
