The event is organised by a team over there called "Irish" Ironically. They have been successfully organising larger and larger scenarios and have one coming up in June. They do this not for profit and have a partnership with a war museum. (hence the tanks)

    Paint - €35 / case (winter paint)
Travel - flights to Lithuania Vilnius - €100, €6 bus transfer to border, lifts from there.
Visa - Normally €60 but he says he can get them free for Irish people
Accomo - €220/night (10-15 people sharing a cabin), €60/night double room in hotel, Free camping

Thank you for your willing to help. Here is the information that I
    promised to send you.
    > We are the biggest woods paintball team in Belarus. It happened
that the name of the team is IRISH, our web site is irishpb.by
(unfortunately it is just in Russian) As a team we started to play 2
years ago participating in different scenario games in Belarus and in
Russia. There are about 50 players in the team. Playing paintball we
also decided that we could organize scenario games ourselves. We
are not playing for making money but playing for fun. SO we decided
and made it. Our first scenario game gathered 110 players from all
over Belarus it was in November. It had great atmosphere and everyone
had a great game. After this game we decided to go ahead. We found a
unique place. It is a war museum you can find out about it here
ÈÊÊ "ËÈÍÈß ÑÒÀËÈÍÀ" . Together with this museum
we organized a game based on one of the ww2 battles. There were 200
participants in this game. We used fortresses and trenches of the
museum to play. Also there were 3 military tanks

attacking the fortresses. They did not shoot. Also for entourage we
used cannon for announcing the beginning end the end of the missions.
As I told there were 200 guys playing from Belarus Latvia, Russia and
Ukraine. Here is the video of our national channel

small picture of the guy with marker. Few pictures of the playing
    territory ???? ???????? ????? ???????
    > > We are planning to organize another game on the 6 th of June. There will be teams from Russia Latvia Lithuania Belarus, Ukraine Poland and we hope from other countries. We are planning to attract 400 people to this game. So we invite you and your team. For us paintball is about going to different places and meeting new people so I presume it is the same for you. What about expenses you may ask? I know you could say that it is expensive to go to another country for a game that is why I am going to give you estimations of the trip. First of all flight tickets. It is very expensive to flight directly to Minsk. That is why I suggest to check a flight to Lithuania Vilnius. As I know for example from Dublin it is about 100 Euro a return flight. Vilnius is just 30 km from Belarusian boarder you could get a bus to the boarder for less then 8 Euro and we could meet you here on our side of the boarder. (By the way there is no problem with brining your paintball gear through the Belarusian- Lithuanian boarder. We were traveling to Latvia to the scenario game just on 14th of March and we had full set of paintball equipment and both boarder security and customs seen it and there were no problem at all). Accommodation: we could rent a cottage here for 220 Euro a night for the group of 10-15 guys. There are other options like hotels and apartments. Hotel in the city center (smth like on OConnel street but in Minsk) will be about 60 Euro for a double room. Another option is camping at the place were there will be a game- cost nothing. Food and drink is far cheaper here. As an example meal in the restaurant with lots (I mean lots) of drinks will be 20-25 euro. And now cost of the game: as I said before for us paintball is about fun not making money. For the last game we charged people 10 Euro entrance fee which included (air, marshals, entrance to the territory of the museum, lunch, use of tanks) and 35 Euro for the box of winter balls (box is 2000 balls, usually they are more expensive then summer tournament balls).
P.S In order to travel to Belarus you will need a Belarusian visa. It
usually cost about 60 euro but I will sort it out for Irish team for
free. The only thing you will need is to send your passports to the
Belarusian embassy in London for few days. I am helping lots of Irish
charities that are working in Belarus so have a huge experience of
brining over Irish people to Belarus. I can give you phone numbers of
different Irish charities and they could prove that it is very easy to
go to Belarus. One of the contact people could be Tom McEnaney ex
business editor of Independent, Sunday Times and so on.
    > > It could be a great weekend for everybody. Please think about going for the game and let me know. If you have any questions just ask. If you need any help we will do our best.

I think those are pics of a reinactment of the war museum. I think they are just to show off the tanks that are used in the scenario game.

He seems quite keen to have an Irish contingent over for the events. I wonder if there are any Woodbe guys who would be up for this.
