Hope the venture works out in the long run for them. Would be nice to have a semi-pro venue close to home.

Forget about spectators - having that indoor field as a training resource would be great. Just getting a few hours reball training would do the trick.

Weather is generally ok to play outside during the season anyway, like Rob said it's a good training resource, ya don't need that much room to run drills.

Biggest benefit is that you never have to take an indoor field down, you can training in the evenings, in all weather and if the field is held down with sand bags you can move it around to suit drills. Its gonna be an amazing training resource.
